We support organizations to plan, implement, and sustain technology that improves access to mental health and substance use health services, strengthens outcomes, and enhances system efficiency. Our work spans consultation, strategy development, implementation support, and training, ensuring digital solutions are practical, scalable, and grounded in real-world service delivery.
Grounded in real-world experience
Through our role as the operating lead of Wellness Together Canada—Canada’s first 24/7 national portal for mental health and substance use services—we developed deep expertise in the co-development, delivery, and maintenance of digitally enabled systems. Our work is grounded in implementation science and includes support for data collection, analysis, and reporting within complex digital environments, helping organizations make informed decisions and continuously improve.
Supporting system design and implementation
We have designed and implemented digital tools to support access, navigation, and coordination across mental health and substance use systems. Grounded in the SC2.0 model and developed in real world settings, this work focuses on improving how people find and move through services based on their needs and preferences. Our approach focuses on strengthening existing systems and improving the experience of care for both those accessing and delivering services., We draw on this experience when digital solutions are needed to support access, integration, and the overall experience of care.
Examples of our work
Our work includes the development of platforms such as PeerOnCall and Stepped Care Connect, designed to support access, navigation, and coordination across systems.
- PeerOnCall enabled secure, anonymous peer support across more than 40 organizations and 12,000 users in North America.
- Stepped Care Connect provided a scalable, SC2.0 aligned platform for delivering and coordinating services across the continuum of care.
